WHAT TO SEE IN JERI AND AROUND

Pedra Furada : a natural rocky arch, symbol of Jeri, through which it is possible during several months
to see the sunset. Trips to the arch can be made by foot which also allow tourists to visit the famous natural pools formed by the tides as well as the legendary caves in the area.

Serrote : a green and rocky hill from which to admire Jeri from above. After crossing the beach of Malhada the trip gives you beautiful land and seascape views, whether walking or on horseback, which will stay forever in your memories.

Lagoa Azul and Lagoa Paraiso : near Jeri one can find fresh water lagoas (lakes) with clear waters and fine sands. Lagoas Azul offers beautiful scenary. At Lagoa Paraiso you can watch kitesurfers and enjoy quality seafood and lay in hamacs on the water.

Tatajuba : the beach of Tatajuba, Tatajuba is a small fishing village which was burried by a sand dune and rebuilt on the other side of a small river. It is located some 30 km from Jeri. To reach Tatajuba is a small adventure trip along unforgetable beaches, crossing by barges small inland seas which change shape with the tides. It is a day of complete relax allowing you to enjoy local fish, while resting in hamacs. There are huge sand dunes, coconut groves and calm seas.

Praia do Prea : located some 12 km from Jeri, is an enchanting fishing village and an international spot for kitesurfing.

Mangue Seco : a fishing village ideal for who is looking for deserted and primitive beaches.
